Elmhurst, IL — Madison Early Childhood Center has been awarded the distinguished Gold Circle of Quality in the ExceleRate Illinois program, the state’s quality recognition and improvement system for early learning and development programs. This recognition highlights the exceptional work being done at Madison to provide high-quality early education to young learners in the Elmhurst community.
The Gold Circle of Quality designation is the highest level awarded in ExceleRate Illinois, acknowledging programs that have met rigorous standards in early learning and development, instructional excellence, staff qualifications, family services, and program administration. The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) monitors and evaluates programs using the Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale-Third Edition (ECERS-3) and ISBE's Compliance Checklist. Madison Early Childhood Center achieved top scores in these evaluations, demonstrating its commitment to providing a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for preschool-aged children.
"We are deeply honored to receive the Gold Circle of Quality designation. "We are incredibly proud of Madison Early Childhood Center for earning the Gold Circle of Quality," said Dr. Keisha Campbell, Superintendent of Elmhurst District 205. "This achievement reflects our dedication to fostering early learning environments where children can thrive, ensuring that we provide our youngest students with the best possible start to their educational journey."
